ACCOMMODATION
The Organising Committee has appointed BCD M&E with HotelMap as our official partners to manage hotel bookings for delegates attending the 69th CIRP General Assembly in Birmingham, UK.
A dedicated website has been developed specifically for our event that searches through various online hotel booking providers in order to offer delegates a choice of the most competitive rates available (at the time of searching/booking) for a wide selection of hotels in the vicinity of the conference venue (ICC).

Users can change the check in / check out dates, room requirements (occupancy per room and number of rooms) and rate displayed (cost per night or total cost of stay) as necessary. The list of hotels is shown in order of walking distance to the GA venue (most are less than 10 minutes). In addition, an interactive map indicating the location of the various hotels in relation to the ICC can be found by scrolling down to the bottom of the hotel listing page.
Click on a hotel to find all of the rates available, depending on the type of room and whether breakfast is included as well as the payment and cancellation terms.
Information on facilities/amenities, pictures and a summary for each hotel is also available by selecting the respective tabs.
The designated conference hotel is the Hyatt Regency Birmingham (4*), which is also the closest to the venue and linked internally to the ICC.
