Registration
The 40th International Conference on Intelligent Manufacturing and Design (40th MATADOR) will be held on July 8-10, 2019 at the Sailing International Hotel Hangzhou.
On-site registration: July 7th, 2019, 14:00-22:00. The registration place is Sailing International Hotel Hangzhou (No. 128, Baijiayuan Road, Hangzhou, China).
Presentations
Oral presentation:
A computer and a laser pointer will be provided in each conference room at the conference venue. If you have specific needs, please contact the local conference committee in advance. Please use the MS Office version above 2013, in case the computer is not compatible. The PPT display ratio is 16:9. The speaker's PPT should be sent to the local conference committee me@zjut.edu.cn before 1st July, 2019 for pre-loading. They will be deleted from the conference computers after the conference. The oral presentation durations (including presentation and Q/A) for the plenary keynote lectures, invited lectures and normal session oral presentation are 30 minutes, 20 minutes, and 15 minutes, respectively. Best oral presentations will be selected for an award with a certificate.
Poster presentation:
The poster should be prepared according to the template. Please use the MS Office version above 2013. Please send your PPT/slides to me@zjut.edu.cn before 1st July, 2019. The conference committee will print and post them out in exhibition area. The poster will be on display during the conference. The official dedicated poster session for all the delegates is 15:30-16:30 on 9th July. During the poster session, at least the first author or corresponding author should be on the spot. Excellent posters will be selected and a certificate will be awarded.
The language of communication at the conference is English.
